When should the final clean happen?
After dusty trades, major defects and bulk waste removal, with enough time allowed before handover.
Do you remove paint, silicone or cement?
Only suitable minor residue if assessed and quoted. Removal can damage finishes and trade rectification remains separate.
Do you remove construction rubbish?
Not as part of ordinary final cleaning. Bulk disposal must be arranged separately.
