Do you handle lease make-good work?
We quote cleaning tasks. Construction, painting, repairs and reinstatement are separate unless explicitly assessed.
Is carpet extraction included?
Routine vacuuming may be included, but extraction and stain treatment must be separately quoted.
Can you work after removalists finish?
Yes. Cleaning is usually most effective after stock, furniture and waste are removed.
